Consulting Agreements - Professional Fee Options

PlanGiv Consultants work with clients under several different fee arrangements :

• A monthly retainer affords institutional clients considerable flexibility and convenience.You are free to call upon us whenever our involvement may be needed, without having to keep track of the time being spent. This also enables you to budget a fixed amount over the course of your fiscal year, even though your level of usage will likely vary seasonally. A fee acceptable to both parties is negotiated initially and then revisited periodically to insure its appropriateness.
  
  
• Work on a project basis for either institutional or individual clients is often possible when the nature and scope of our activity can be predicted relatively accurately. This is especially true with respect to services outlined in the Presentations sections of this Web site -- just click on the applicable links for details.

• In all instances, you are free to hire us for a daily or hourly fee. Our professional time is billed at $1,500 per day (depending on location and total time involved) or $175 per hour (minimum 2 hours).

For work done on site, expenses for travel, lodging, and meals are reimbursed by clients. (Airfare costs can sometimes be split between charities if more than one client can be visited as part of a single overall trip). The cost of miscellaneous expenses such as courier charges and high volume photocopying may also be passed on to clients.
