Tucked in with
gift receipts and other mailings, an insert is a simple, low-cost way to make
annual fund donors aware of planned giving possibilities. Presented
on a 5 x 7" sheet folded horizontally to drape over the other contents of
the envelope, use these informative (sometimes humorous!) information piece to
inform the reader and stimulate new inquiries.
The front "teaser" panel (sent to you camera-ready) is a
graphic with a few tantalizing words. Inside (in Microsoft Word format for
your editing convenience) a brief gift description and response coupon are
presented. Five messages are currently available (some in two versions);
we're also working on others.
