The current principal of the company are Ian M. Fraser MBA, FAHP and Ralph T. Smith CLU, CH.F.C.. Frank Minton, one of the firm's original founders also continue to remain involved in advisory role. Dr. Minton is president of the Planned Giving Services (PGS) Division of PG Calc Inc., located in Seattle, Washington. Also affiliated with PlanGiv as consultants are Arthur B.C. Drache of the Ottawa law firm Drache LLP and Bill Zook, Vice President of PG Calc's Planned Giving Services Division.
