Note: In recognition of the fact that considerable time must be devoted to preparing materials in advance of a presentation, fees for seminars lasting a given period of time are usually somewhat higher than they would be for an equal amount of consulting time.
Accordingly, if all or substantially all of an entire day must be devoted to a speaking engagement, our professional fee will be $1,500 - $2,000, depending on time and location. Fees for presentations which consume less time are negotiable.
In addition, reasonable expenses for transportation, lodging, and meals are reimbursed by clients. (Where applicable, airfare costs can sometimes be split between charities if more than one client can be visited as part of one overall trip.) The cost of miscellaneous expenses such as courier charges and high volume photocopying may also be passed on to clients.
